Eli Stoyneva is Managing Partner of Taplow Group Bulgaria. Working in the recruitment field since 2015, she has been part of international projects across several areas such as ICT & Digital, Outsourcing, Finance, Industry and others. Eli is an experienced Team Leader and Business Development expert, currently focusing on Executive Search on the Bulgarian market.
Prior to joining The Taplow Group, Eli has worked in leading organizations in the technological sector such as IBM and Concentrix. Thanks to her fluent Portuguese skills, she has been recruiting Team Leaders and Senior IT Specialists from Portuguese speaking countries across the world.
Eli is a creative and energetic professional that possesses in-depth industry knowledge, she is client-driven focusing on delivering service excellence to clients and always aims at building long-term relationships.
Eli holds a Master’s degree in Business & Marketing. She is part of the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAPM) and the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Speaks fluently Bulgarian, English and Portuguese.
