Dimitar Kalev is Managing Partner of Taplow Group Bulgaria. He has been in headhunting and recruitment since 2015 working with international clients on various assignments across several areas such as: ICT & Digital, Outsourcing, Finance, Industry and others. Currently Dimitar is primarily focused on Executive Search on the Bulgarian market and manages high-profile projects for talent acquisition of top professionals for Mid-level and C-level management positions.
Prior to joining The Taplow Group, Dimitar has worked in leading organizations in the technological and finance sectors such as IBM and Raiffeisen Bank. He held positions as a Sales, Business Development Consultant and Project Manager.
Dimitar is a dynamic professional that possesses extensive industry knowledge and at the same time has the attention to detail needed for accurately identifying the right professionals for the right roles. He always aims at building long-term relationships and is results-oriented focusing on delivering service excellence to clients.
Speaks fluently Bulgarian, English and French.
Dimitar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & International Trade and a Master’s degree in International Project Management at UNWE University Sofia. He is part of the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAPM) and the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
